Mint and Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
1 c dessicated coconut
3tsp cashews (dry roasted and coarsely chopped)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 c plain yoghurt
1 cup fresh mint leaves

Tools
Food processor
Knife
Measuring spoon
Measuring cups



Procedure
Place all ingredients in the food processor
Blitz till blended properly
